MVMTC provides Welding Engineering Services and a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). Our CWI draws on 35 years of industrial welding experience and is certified by the American Welding Society (AWS) enabling MVMTC to assist you with the following services:
Complete contract review of any welding project to include:
Documentation review of project requirements
Determination of CWI requirements
Reporting requirements
Qualification of Welders
Ensure compliance with AWS and ASME codes and standards
Solve quality issues by determining the source(s) of welding defects and providing solutions reducing rework and overall costs
Development of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualifications Record (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualification ensuring weldment conformance and integrity
